You are authorizing us to gather information only. Nothing more.
The authorization form (signed via DocuSign or on paper) gives our firm one narrow permission: to contact your insurance company on your behalf and request a copy of your current annuity contract details.
What it does NOT give us:
• No access to change anything about your policy. Zero.
• No ability to move, withdraw, or reallocate your money.
• No authority to buy, sell, or surrender your contract.
• No access to your bank accounts or personal financial accounts.
The authorization is strictly a request for information so we can complete the audit. Every decision about your policy stays 100% with you.
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation. If your current annuity is the best fit for you, we'll tell you to keep it. Our firm only gets paid, by the carrier (never by you), if you choose to move forward with a new contract that fits you better.
No. Most people don't. The form asks for a few basic details, and with your written authorization we gather the rest directly from your carrier. You don't need to dig up old paperwork or make phone calls.
No. If your current contract wins the comparison, we tell you to keep it, in writing. The point of the audit is to give you clarity, not to move money. A good chunk of our audits end with a "stay put" recommendation.
That's very common. Between the six main types (SPIA, MYGA, FIA, RILA, VA, and DIA), most people can't identify their own contract on paper. That's exactly what the audit is for. We'll tell you what you have, in plain English.
Typically one to two weeks from the day you sign the authorization. Most of that time is spent waiting for your carrier to send us the contract details. Once we have everything, the actual review is quick.
Absolutely. Use the form and select "I'd like to talk first," or call us directly at (702) 582-7855. We'll set up a short Zoom call so you can ask any question before deciding.
Your information is used only to conduct your audit. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties, or add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Yes. If it's a qualified retirement account (401k, IRA, 403b, 457, TSP), we can help you roll it directly into a qualified annuity without triggering any tax. This is one of the most common things we help clients with. Read more →
